Ms. Flesher is a partner with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City practicing as a member of the firm's Corporate Department. She represents companies and financial institutions on environmental matters in the context of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments, bankruptcies and restructurings and securities offerings. Ms. Flesher is the coordinator of the firm's Environmental Practice Group and the chair of the Recruiting Committee. She graduated from Hastings College of Law. Ms. Flesher has served as a Trustee of The Foundation since 1998 and as its Chair from 2001 to 2002.
