Jay Harris is a partner in King & Spalding's Corporate Practice Group in Atlanta. Mr. Harris' practice focuses on transactions in the healthcare industry, including mergers and acquisitions, and on the formation of new entities and structures for the delivery of healthcare services. Mr. Harris is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. He served as a member of The Foundation's National Advisory Board beginning in 1998 and joined the Board as a Trustee in 2002.
