Paul Hensel is a partner with Winston & Strawn, Chicago, practicing in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of closely held and public companies. He serves as Chief Administrative Partner with general responsibility for firm-wide administrative staff and functions; Chairman of Associate Programs including associate law school and lateral hiring. Mr. Hensel graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and has been a Trustee of The Foundation since 1998.
