Charles James serves as Chief Legal Counsel for Chevron Texaco Corporation, directing the organization's legal function worldwide. Mr. James was Assistant Attorney General, Antitrust Division, in the U.S. Department of Justice and has practiced law at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue in antitrust and trade regulation. Mr. James is a graduate of the National Law Center of George Washington University, and he joined The Foundation Board of Trustees in 2003.
