Jim Rayhill is a partner, chair of the Litigation Department and member of the Executive Committee of Carter Ledyard & Milburn of New York City. Mr. Rayhill's practice includes general commercial litigation, securities litigation and white collar defense. He is a graduate of Yale University School of Law and has served as a Trustee of The NALP Foundation since its inception in 1996. Mr. Rayhill was Chair of The Foundation in 1996-1997.
