Belinda S. Lee is a partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on antitrust matters, and she also has had significant experience in intellectual property, consumer class actions, and mass tort matters.
Ms. Lee represents clients in a full range of antitrust matters, including civil lawsuits and regulatory and criminal cartel investigations. She also has significant experience representing US and Japanese companies on abuse of dominance and price-fixing cartel investigations before regulators in Europe, Japan, Korea, and Australia.Ms. Lee serves on the Editorial Board of Antitrust Source and is a frequent author and speaker on legal issues relating to expert witnesses, antitrust compliance and law firm diversity issues. Ms. Lee also serves on the Board of several community and non-profit organizations, including the Volunteer Legal Services Program in San Francisco. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Antitrust and Business Regulation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Ms. Lee is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
