Peking University School of Transnational Law
Stephen Yandle assumed the position of associate dean at the School of Transnational Law of Peking University in Shenzhen, China in January 2009. The law school is the first "United States style" legal education program in China. The goal of the law school is to train an elite future generation of global lawyers and in due course will seek ABA accreditation.
Previously, he has served as Associate Dean at Yale Law School, Associate Dean at Northwestern University School of Law, Deputy Consultant on Legal Education at the American Bar Association and Vice President for Global Law School Program for LexisNexis. Also, he served on numerous national associations, committees and special task forces serving legal education. Both his undergraduate and law school degrees are from the University of Virginia.
