Chairman’s Circle ($40,000+)

• Unlimited complimentary customized seminars or group presentations, upon request, at your organization
• Invitation to participate in Foundation governance
• Early release copies of all research publications
• Unlimited complimentary registrations at all educational forums and symposia
• Visibility as a donor and leader in the profession through recognition in publications and at seminars

Patron ($20,000 - $39,999)

• One complimentary annual customized seminar or group presentation, upon request, at your organization

Sponsor ($10,000 - $19,999)
