After the JD II

This report provides an overview of findings from the second wave of data collection from the longitudinal study of a nationally representative cohort of lawyers admitted to the bar in the year 2000 over the first 10-12 years of their careers.  The AJDII report provides insight into the progression of lawyers" careers through roughly seven years in practice and specifically studies issues such as job mobility, career satisfaction, convergence in the career patterns of women and men as well as minorities and non-minority males, and indicatations of continuing inequality by gender.
