Aldo A. Badini is a partner and co-chair of the Technology Antitrust Group at Winston & Strawn where he works out of the firm’s New York, San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. With over 35 years of experience, Aldo focuses on antitrust and patent matters and the intersection of the two. He represents clients in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, metals/mining, and food industries.  

Aldo received his BA from Harvard University and his JD from Harvard Law School. He previously served on the Board of Trustees, including a term as Chair from 2008-10, before joining our National Advisory Board.
