Carin C. Carithers is a corporate partner with Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC. In addition to her work supporting the firm's M&A activities, Carin routinely advises clients on the implementation of tax-qualified, non-tax qualified, welfare benefit, and equity compensation plans. Additionally, she works with clients to negotiate employment and severance agreements and change-in-control bonus arrangements.

Carin received her BA from Princeton University and her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
