The NALP Foundation and NALP are pleased to provide the legal industry with the seventh report of law school alumni employment and satisfaction for law the Class of 2016. This annual study provides unique insights on law school alumni employment status and career satisfaction three years after graduation. The study specifically examines employment status, compensation, and mobility, as well as an array of satisfaction dimensions aimed at providing specific insight into how the alumni felt their law school experience prepared them for post-graduation employment. Reflecting the legal profession's increasing focus on diversity and inclusion, for the first time, the study includes new information that reveal important data about diverse and first-generation graduates.
