Jennifer Queen currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer for Bracewell in Dallas and brings over 25 years of experience in talent development to the legal industry.


She previously served as the Chief Recruitment & Development Officer for McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) in Atlanta and the Director of Professional Development & Recruitment for Baker Botts. She gained insights on the client side as the Vice President of HR & Administration for Matador Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas company. Jennifer also led her own consulting business, J. Queen Consulting, and worked with law firms to manage their talent strategies in hiring, development and retention.


Jennifer served as the Vice President and a two-term Board member for the National Association for Law Placement (NALP). She obtained the Certified Master Coach designation from the Behavioral Coaching Institute and also completed the Co-Active Coach Training program with CTI.


Jennifer received her BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
