Hali Lacy

Joined The NALP Foundation Team in October 2023


Hali Lacy is a part-time Research Assistant supporting a range of data-driven projects aimed at enhancing the legal profession’s understanding of career trajectories, hiring trends, and workplace satisfaction.


Hali brings a strong interdisciplinary background and a keen interest in applied research. Her academic work focuses on public policy, justice systems, and statistical analysis, making her particularly well-suited for the Foundation’s mission to promote evidence-based insights into legal education and employment.


With a professional background that includes nonprofit work and community engagement, Hali is also passionate about the intersection of education, equity, and access. She is committed to using research as a tool to help legal educators, employers, and policymakers create more inclusive and sustainable career pathways for all members of the legal community.


Hali received her BS from the University of Central Florida and her MS/MPA from the University of Central Florida.
