Our Programs
Hiring Partner Conference
One of The NALP Foundation’s signature programs, this conference brings together Hiring Partners, Chief Talent Officers, Directors of Recruiting and other law firm leaders to discuss, network and share ideas around recruiting, retention, diversity and ethics. This one-day, invitation-only conference, launched in 2017, has quickly become a must-attend event for decision-makers from leading law firms across the US. Each Hiring Partner Conference typically features a panel discussion with law school deans, reflections from current law students on the recent recruiting season, research updates from The NALP Foundation and NALP, and a keynote address.
New Hiring Partner Bootcamp
This half-day event brings together new Hiring Partners – typically with 0-3 years of experience – with seasoned law firm recruiters and law school career insiders to learn all about recruiting from the ground up. The Bootcamp, launched in 2021, typically includes conversations around diversity outreach, OCI and job fair planning, interviewer selection and training, virtual interviewing, assessment tools, and successful law firm/law school relationships, with plenty of time for discussion and questions. Register here for the next virtual New Hiring Partner Bootcamp on May 29, 2024.
Webinar Series
Throughout the year, The NALP Foundation sponsors webinars focusing on research findings from our Update on Associate Attrition and Law School Alumni Employment and Satisfaction Study. Led by members of the Foundation administrative team, these virtual webinars are open to both law firm and law school attendees. The Foundation also collaborates with its sister organization, NALP, to present virtual programs on relevant topics of interest to the broader legal profession.
