Keya Dasgupta is the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Torys LLP, where she oversees the design, development and execution of the learning and development and continuing legal education programming and initiatives across the firm. Keya partners with leadership and stakeholders to design learning solutions that foster individual growth, team excellence, and a culture of collaboration and high performance. She also leads a team responsible for delivering substantive, business, and technology skills programs for lawyers and business professionals.

Before joining Torys, Keya led learning and development at another national corporate law firm. She began her career as an intellectual property litigator, practicing for eight years in boutique, regional, and national law firm settings. This breadth of experience gives her deep insight into the unique learning and organizational development needs of law firms.

Keya received her B. Sc. from the University of Prince Edward Island and her JD from University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
