David C. Lawrence is a real estate partner with Holland & Knight in Dallas. where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and finance matters. He represents both lenders and borrowers in a variety of loan origination transactions for interim, construction and permanent financing, and in connection with working out existing loans.

David received his BBA cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and his JD cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
