Amy B. Ross is the Chief of Attorney Talent at Ropes & Gray in Boston, MA.  In this global role, she oversees all aspects of attorney recruitment, development, training, retention, advancement, and key transitions including mobility and immigration. In addition, Amy oversees diversity and inclusion efforts in conjunction with the firm’s Director of Diversity and Diversity Committee to ensure that diversity and inclusion are core values in all of the firm’s initiatives by providing equal and equitable opportunities to all attorneys.

Amy received her BA from Washington University and her JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
