Carin C. Carithers is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice with Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC. In addition to her work supporting the firm's M&A activities, Carin routinely advises clients on the implementation of equity compensation plans and she works with clients to negotiate employment and severance agreements and change-in-control bonus arrangements.

Carin received her BA from Princeton University and her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
